Teen Group Paintballing a Hit!

On Saturday, November 12th, the Teen Groups from Faith and from Abiding Grace in Covington met at Shane's Hot Shots Paintball in McDonough for a day of fun and shooting colorful balls of paint at each other.

The group of twelve teens and four chaperones met here at church at 12:30 PM to caravan over to meet the rest of the group by 1:30, when we began to get geared up with guns, masks, paintballs, and air tanks. No special clothes were needed other than the full camouflage that most of our group came wearing in the first place. With a total of about thirty people between the two churches, we got to play four games just between us. The Faith Teen Group took a couple games to get its bearings, but before long we came storming back and evened the series at 2-2. By that time it was getting late, so we played two more last games mixed with everyone on the grounds. Once all our paintballs were gone, we cleaned up and headed home.

It was a lot of fun and a smashing success!
